Andres Carullo is a criminal defense attorney in Dallas, TX. He is fluent in Spanish, and he has been practicing law in Texas since 2012. He earned his bachelor's degree in Political Science from Florida International University in Miami, FL, and then he earned his Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley School of Law in Lansing, MI.
After law school, Andres moved to Dallas and worked in the compliance office of the athletic department at Southern Methodist University. Then, he worked on a large-scale lawsuit on behalf of a multinational corporation against claims brought by the US Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission under the Federal Corrupt Practices Act. At the same time, he helped clients with family law matters through Legal Aid of Northwest Texas.
Andres joined the Barbieri Law Firm in 2023, and he focuses his legal practice solely on criminal defense matters. Andres has experience handling a wide variety of criminal matters ranging from misdemeanors to aggravated felonies, and he works to ensure that all of his clients have a complete understanding of their cases and the criminal justice system.
Andres is a member of the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and the Dallas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
Outside of work, Andres is an avid sports fan. He also likes to stay active on his bike, and spend quality time with his family and pets.
