Kimberly Groccia

Kimberly Groccia is an Intake & Client Experience Specialist at Barbieri Law Firm, bringing more than 20 years of experience in customer service and client relations. From the first call, Kimberly is dedicated to helping clients feel heard, supported, and informed as they begin navigating the legal process.

Kimberly holds a bachelor’s degree in social work, which shaped her compassionate, client-centered approach and deep commitment to advocacy. Throughout her career, she has worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds, helping guide them through important decisions with empathy, professionalism, and care.

Before joining Barbieri Law Firm, Kimberly spent 10 years with The Walt Disney Company in a variety of corporate roles. She also served as a manager with Marriott International and worked as a 401(k) Specialist with Fidelity Investments. These experiences strengthened her skills in communication, relationship building, problem-solving, and creating exceptional client experiences.

Originally from New York, Kimberly lived in Florida before making Texas her home. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, writing, painting, attending live music events and off-Broadway shows, and spending time with her two cats, Loki and Maverick.
