Terms and Conditions

Effective date: August 17, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://www.barbierilawfirm.com/ (the “Website”), including any content, forms, tools, calculators, chat features, and text message services made available through it. The Website is operated by Barbieri Law Firm, P.C. (“Barbieri Law Firm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.

1. No legal advice and no attorney-client relationship

The Website is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Website constitutes legal advice, and nothing on the Website creates an attorney-client relationship between you and Barbieri Law Firm.

An attorney-client relationship is formed only when both you and the firm have signed a written engagement agreement. Submitting a contact form, requesting a consultation, using a calculator or chat feature, sending an email, placing a call, or exchanging text messages with us does not by itself create that relationship, and does not obligate the firm to represent you.

Because no attorney-client relationship exists before an engagement agreement is signed, information you send us through the Website may not be protected by the attorney-client privilege. Please do not send confidential, sensitive, or time-sensitive information through the Website. If you have a pending deadline, court date, or emergency, contact us by telephone and confirm that we have received your message.

Please also review our Disclaimer for additional important notices about the content of this Website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Website or to provide us with personal information through it. By using the Website, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Revised Terms take effect when posted to the Website, and the effective date above will be updated. Your continued use of the Website after we post changes means you accept the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

4. Permitted and prohibited use

You may use the Website for your own lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes, and to evaluate and contact the firm about legal services.

You agree not to:

We may restrict or terminate your access to the Website at any time, without notice, for any reason, including a violation of these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

The Website and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, images, page layouts, video, audio, and software — are owned by or licensed to Barbieri Law Firm and are protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, and print pages from the Website for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any part of the Website without our prior written permission.

“Barbieri Law Firm” and the firm’s logos are our trademarks. Any other trademarks appearing on the Website belong to their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply any endorsement or affiliation.

6. Information you submit

By submitting information through a form, chat feature, calculator, or other tool on the Website, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.

We may retain and use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, evaluate a potential matter, and communicate with you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Any results, estimates, or figures generated by a calculator or other tool on the Website are illustrative only, are based on the information you enter and on general assumptions, and are not a prediction of the outcome, cost, or consequences of any actual legal matter.

7. Third-party links, tools, and services

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, and may use third-party tools and services such as analytics providers, advertising platforms, chat providers, call tracking providers, form and intake platforms, and text message platforms.

We do not control third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, or practices. Links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement. Your use of a third-party website or service may be subject to that party’s own terms and privacy policy, and we encourage you to review them.

8. Text Message Service

The following terms apply to the text message service described below (the “Text Message Service”). These terms are in addition to the rest of these Terms.

Program description

Barbieri Law Firm, P.C. sends text message updates and responses to potential legal clients about services and consultation booking offered at https://www.barbierilawfirm.com/.

Opting in

When you opt-in to the service, we may send you a message to confirm your signup. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Text “HELP” for help. Text “STOP” to cancel.

Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and is not a condition of engaging Barbieri Law Firm to represent you. You may decline to receive text messages and still contact us by telephone, email, or web form.

Cancelling the service

You can cancel this service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the number from which you received our message. After you send the message “STOP” to us, we will reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending you messages again.

Getting help

If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text “HELP” to the number from which you received our message. After you send the message “HELP” to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service and how to unsubscribe.

Important limitations

The Text Message Service is not a substitute for legal advice, and exchanging text messages with us does not create an attorney-client relationship. Text messages may be delayed, undelivered, or read by someone other than the intended recipient. Do not use the Text Message Service to report an emergency, to meet a filing or court deadline, or to send confidential or sensitive information.
