A proud first-generation Hispanic and current college student, Ricardo brings both heart and hustle to the courtroom support system. His previous experience as an executive assistant and paralegal at a personal injury firm sharpened his ability to juggle complex casework, client communications, and firm operations with precision.

But Ricardo’s impact extends far beyond the office. He has been actively involved in leadership with the local chapter of the Arthritis Foundation, where he’s helped raise awareness, support families, and foster stronger community ties.
